Coach Betty is Betty Louise, a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC). For more than twenty years, Betty has enjoyed the personal and professional journey of coaching both individuals and groups.
She earned her credentials at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the CTI Co-Active Leadership Program, and the Academy of Intuitive Medicine. Betty is also a Master Trainer for the Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and co-author of the book “Understanding Fibromyalgia: A Guide for Family and Friends.”
An engaging workshop leader and group facilitator, Betty has designed and led workshops and trainings on topics such as behavior change, listening and communication, breaking through fears, leadership, visioning, self-care, and managing chronic pain.
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) at age thirty, Betty has an amazing story of healing.
Her healing journey from this destructive chronic-pain condition led her to the profession of coaching. Now totally drug-free after fifteen years of taking medication, Betty pursues an active lifestyle that includes hiking, biking and her great love of dancing. From this experience, she brings to coaching her personal insights on what it takes to optimize health, making transitions more easily and confidently, and how to create and realize a vision of success.
